Car:
Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluh tunnel turn left direction to Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road into the valley for 11 km to the «Wiriehorn Talstation» station. From here the Wiriehorn cable car takes you up to the Nüegg mountain station (note operating times: www.wiriehorn.ch).
Train, bus & co:
Take the train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez–Zweisimmen line). Continue by PostBus to the stop «Riedli, Talstation Wiriehorn». From here the Wiriehorn cable car takes you up to the Nüegg mountain station (note operating times: wiriehorn.ch).
The barbecue site is located on the Nüegg–Entschwil–Riedli hiking trail.
