Be part of the alpine cheese production on the «Hintermenigen« alpine farm and learn exciting facts about this precious alpine product.

On the «Hintermenigen» alpine farm, Mutsch (full-fat semi-hard cheese made from raw milk) and alp cheese is made and sold to guests from mid-June to mid-August. Watch the cheese production as the curds are cut and the cheese is lifted out of the «Chessi» onto the press. Cheese making takes place from 9 am to 12 pm each day. Are you interested?
