Be up close and personal with the cheese-making process on «Krebs» alpine farm and let us show you the secrets of this work.

Did you know that after a day under the press, the cheese goes into the salt bath? It is then stored on the wooden shelf where it is cared for daily. Between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. you can look over the shoulders of the mountain farmer and get answers to your questions. Mutsch (full-fat semi-hard cheese made from raw milk) , raclette and alpine cheese are made and sold on the «Krebs» alpine farm.

For your visit to the alpine cheese dairy from the beginning of July to mid-August, we recommend an early reservation.
