This demanding tour takes you to the top of the Homad. After the ascent, you will be rewarded with a great panoramic view. You can even see Lake Thun from up here.
The snowshoe tour to the Homad starts from the mountain station of the Wiriehorn chairlift on Nüegg. From here, the circular trail first leads along the toboggan run for a short distance, then the ascent to the Homad begins. Once at the top, it's worth taking a long break, if only for the panoramic view, before continuing back to the starting point.
