The path slopes gently here and you have to pull your sledge. But that doesn't matter, because you'll be wonderfully warmed up for the sledging fun that follows. From Untere Heiteren it's all downhill. Simply follow the sledging markings. The trail continues through the wonderfully snow-covered mountain forest. About halfway down, you have the option of turning right and taking the fast branch-off route for advanced skiers. Shortly before the end of the toboggan run, you will reach an inhabited area and cross a road that is occasionally used by cars. Before crossing, check that the path is really clear on both sides before continuing.
