Accessibility declaration

The Diemtigtal Nature Park (Bahnhofstrasse 20, 3753 Oey, Switzerland), a subdivision of the municipality of Diemtigen, represented by the managing director Beate Makowsky, is committed to make the website diemtigtal.ch and the shop system integrated therein accessible. The legal basis is EU law, more specifically the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) in conjunction with EU Directive 2019/882 and - for public bodies - the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).
 

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and WCAG 22 – conformity level AA. The shop is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the ‘Guidelines for Accessible Web Content – WCAG 2.1’ and with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021–23) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

  • The process of checking all links for meaningful naming (link titles) has not yet been completed

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of the website.

  • The purchased voucher product can be downloaded as a PDF file. The PDF file itself is not designed to be acessible, but this should not prevent you from purchasing it as a gift or the recipient from redeeming it. If you have any problems or questions about your PDF vouchers, we will be happy to help you via the contat details below.
  • E-mails and purchase receipts sent by system are currently not accessible. We are working on optimisations.
