Diemtigtal - Alpine hut in the Nature Park

The cozy alpine hut is located in the Kiley, at 1,353 meters above sea level.

Charming alpine hut with separate eat-in kitchen (electric or wood-burning stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment). Cozy living room with TV/SAT connection. 3 to 4 bedrooms (2 twin rooms, 1 four-bed room with bunk bed) all with mattress base and Nordic furniture. There is also a sofa in the living room which can be used as a double bed. Bathroom with shower / WC available. The alpine hut has electricity - but no heating. Large, cozy terrace with table and bench, as well as gas grill and beautiful views of the mountains. A large pasture surrounds the hut, the cows are milked in the morning from 6 am and in the evening in the adjoining barn. Tarred road to the front of the house - parking spaces available. Dogs are not allowed.

The hut is only rented out in summer.

Arrival: from 2 p.m. / Departure: until 10 a.m.

By car:
Highway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel turn left direction Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtalstrasse into the valley for 17 kilometers to Schwenden. At the junction «altes Schulhaus» or «Fildrichbrücke» turn left at the signpost «Alpkäserei Kiley». Follow the road for approx. 4 kilometers. 300 meters after the «Alpkäserei Kiley» you will find the alpine hut on the left.

Train, bus & Co:
Take the train to Oey-Diemtigen station. Continue by post bus to the «Fildrichbrücke» stop. From here you can reach the «Hinter Fildrich» alpine hut on foot (approx. 4 kilometers, walking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes).
