Wiriehorn trail

The circular route starts at the Wiriehorn Holiday Center (Allmiried) and leads down via Enetchirel to the valley road. The first road crossing is necessary at the water bridge. At the valley floor, the trail continues to the livestock exhibition area Anger and requires further road and stream crossings. After a short climb, you reach the turning point of the route in Staldenmaad. Partly on additional loops, you glide back to the starting point. Follow the groomed trail and the turquoise signage.

Be careful when crossing the road and in the ski slope areas.

Motorway A6 Bern towards Zweisimmen, turn left 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel towards Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road for 11 km. Shortly before the Wiriehorn valley station, turn left towards "Wiriehorn Holiday Center." Parking and restaurant are signposted.

Free parking spaces are located directly at the holiday center. Alternatively, there are paid parking spaces at the valley station of the Wiriehorn cable car.

By train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez-Zweisimmen line). Continue by post bus to the stop "Riedli, Wiriehorn valley station." 20 min walk along the hiking trail or the road.

Alternatively, the post bus stops four times daily at the stop "Horboden, sports hall" (Wiriehorn sports hall). From here you can reach the holiday center by a short walk.
